100X 2026

Three days at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport — a welcome reception, Catalyst Day, and the Portfolio Summit.

Meeting windows

The hotel is the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport at 1333 Old Bayshore Hwy in Burlingame — two miles south of SFO, and roughly 25–35 minutes from downtown San Francisco depending on traffic. A round trip to the city costs about 90 minutes of overhead, which is the number that decides every window below.

  • In session — don’t schedule
  • At the venue — free to meet
  • Off-site — can reach the city
  • Travel buffer

Tuesday, Aug 25 · Welcome Reception

The open day. Nothing until 5:00 PM — a full day in the city works, just leave by ~4:00. The 5:00–8:30 PM reception is the single best window of the week for someone to come to me: long, informal, and I'm not missing content by stepping aside.

Wednesday, Aug 26 · Catalyst Day

Pinned to the venue 8:30 AM–6:30 PM. No window is long enough to reach the city and get back — the 75-minute lunch is the widest gap and it doesn't cover the round trip. Come to me at lunch (12:15–1:30) or the reception (4:45–6:30). City dinner after 6:30 PM works comfortably.

Thursday, Aug 27 · Portfolio Summit

The widest daytime window of the three days: lunch runs into the walk-around demos, giving a genuine 12:15–2:30 PM block where I'm at the venue and mobile. Evening depends on the dinner — if I'm at one, I'm gone 6:00–8:00 PM; if not, the city is open from 5:30.

The short version to send out. Want me in the city? Tuesday before 4:00 PM is wide open; otherwise Wednesday or Thursday evening. Willing to come to Burlingame? Tuesday's 5:00–8:30 PM reception is the easiest, then Thursday 12:15–2:30 PM, then Wednesday's lunch or reception. Flying through SFO anyway? The hotel is five minutes from the terminal — a layover meet is nearly free for you.

Questions

TDK Ventures Events Team — events@tdk-ventures.com

Three sets of people want time this week, so this itinerary is built to answer one question quickly: when am I actually free, and is it worth anyone’s while to come out to Burlingame?

The availability bars are the short answer. The session timeline underneath is the long one — colour-coded the same way, so a glance at any hour tells you whether I’m in a room I can’t leave.

Compiled from the three TDK Ventures invitations dated Aug 10, 2026, and the Swapcard agenda export. The venue is named in all three invitation subject lines and corroborated by the export's room names — Grand Peninsula Ballroom, Sandpebble, and the Foyer are this property's rooms, not the Grand Hyatt's. Breakout speaker lists are truncated in the export; the live agenda and the app carry the full rosters.
